Ordering Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are available for individuals, non-profit organizations and religious institutions for certain products.
Resale Discounts
Soon we will be offering discounts to established businesses, if you purchase our product primarily for resale to consumers rather than for your own use. We reserve the right to establish conditions that bona fide resellers must meet and to refuse discounts to those customers that fail to meet them. In general, you must be a store with regular customer hours or a catalog mailer with a published catalog and have a ship-to address that UPS recognizes as commercial rather than residential.

Online
To visit our online store, use a link from "The Catalog" menu on the lower navigator. You may order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Phone Orders
To place an order, call Nazareth Studio at 715-288-6272. Nazareth Studio hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Payment
Payment may be made by check, credit card (via PayPal), or through PayPal. If paying by credit card, you may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If sending a credit card order by mail, be sure to include the card number and expiration date and signature.
Donations
All non-electronic donations (checks, money orders) for Nazareth Studio and/or Institute of Saint Joseph should be made payable to the Institute of Saint Joseph and mailed directly to:

Shipping and Handling
Shipping Options
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. We are sorry, but it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
Standard Shipping
3 to 7 business days. Items will be shipped most often by UPS. Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We will send you e-mail after processing your order.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the time the order was purchased. Custom orders, such as mounted reproductions, may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Sending products to a different address
If you wish to send your order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the shipping information section at checkout. If the order is a gift and you would like to include a message, use the additional information box. An invoice will be mailed to the Billing address.
Shipping and Handling Chart
All orders are charged a $5.00 handling fee. We add a charge for shipping based on the total cost of merchandise ordered:

Returns
Nazareth Studio wants you to be satisfied with the quality of the prints and other products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased, Nazareth Studio will refund 100% of the merchandise cost or (at our discretion) replace the item with a product of equal or lesser value, within 30 days of the ship date of your product. If you received the wrong image or product, or the order arrived damaged, please contact us using the contact information on your packing slip. If you are returning a product please send it to us using the address on the packing slip included with the order. Please include a copy of the packing slip along with a reason for the return or exchange.
Modification and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, said terms and conditions shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
